Product Introduction

PC530 polycarboxylate superplasticizer is a white powdery high-performance superplasticizer/water reducer with high water reduction rate and excellent slump retention. As a universal powdered polycarboxylate superplasticizer, PC530 can be applied in various flowable mortar formulations with different cementitious systems. It endows mortar products with excellent workability and fluidity, significantly improving the quality of cement-based materials. This product has broad adaptability and can be used concurrently with other additives in mortar production, such as early strength agents, set retarders, redispersible polymer powders, defoamers, etc., without causing adverse effects on other properties of the mortar.

The dosage of PC530 polycarboxylate superplasticizer varies depending on the application system. Due to variations in dry-mixed mortar components, the general dosage is 0.05～0.5% of the cementitious material. The actual dosage should be determined through trial mixing based on different products and applications. It should be mixed evenly with dry powder materials during use.

Packaging, Storage and Transportation

Packaging: 25Kg plastic woven bags. Storage: Store in a cool, dry place at 5～35℃ to prevent moisture. This product should not be subjected to heavy pressure, especially in high-temperature environments, otherwise, there is a risk of caking. The storage period should not exceed 12 months. Safety Information and Transportation: This product is non-edible and will cause a sticky feeling when in contact with the skin. If it accidentally splashes into the eyes, rinse with plenty of water as soon as possible; it is non-toxic, non-corrosive, and environmentally safe without pollution; this product can be transported as general cargo.
